These Terms of Service govern your use of www.mamsquishy.com and purchases from MAMsquishy. The website is operated by Shenzhen Huayu Weicheng Technology Service Co., Ltd. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

### Eligibility and acceptable use

### Product information and safety

We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Handmade products can have small variations in color, shape, finish, texture, or decoration. Device displays may also affect how colors appear. These reasonable variations are not necessarily defects.

Squishy toys are not food and must not be eaten. Follow the age guidance, warnings, and care instructions shown on the product page or packaging. Adult supervision may be appropriate, particularly when a product contains small parts. Stop using an item if it becomes torn or damaged.

### Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or inability to complete payment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
